Both of these are Safari problems. I checked.

In Safari I can't post new threads on this forum, either. And every time you hit enter it breaks the line twice.

Also: anything in specific I ought to look for in the php for editing the voting system? And any way to easily undo sorting by popularity?

Yeah, this problem is as old as metaforum. Probably the last one I haven't already try to figure out. It used to happen sometimes with older versions of Firefox, but seems to have disappeared with ff 3.
