sub-way.Fr no longer exist, but most of the users are now on subfactory.fr and Sixe still maintains the version there.

I guess, after some work to make it more general, Sixe will provide it's own version.

There's already a fork at http://bitbucket.org/bean/metafora/

Otherwise, Github or Google Code (using Mercurial, to allow forking) would all work fine.
